Pastor of Worship

Minimum qualifications:

• A born-again believer in Jesus Christ.
• Demonstrates a vital and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Adheres to the Belle Aire Baptist Church Articles of Faith
• Meets the requirements of 1 Timothy3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-3
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Worship Ministry leadership
• Ability to read and direct sheet music (for choir and orchestra), write chord charts and lead praise band
• Ability to lead with instrument (piano, guitar, etc.)
• Seminary degree preferred
