Special Needs MInistry

At Belle AIre, we believe every person is made in the image of God and created with dignity, purpose, and infinite worth. Our Special Needs Ministry exists to ensure that kids, students, and adults of all abilities know they belong, are loved, and have a place in the family of God. We partner closely with parents and caregivers, trusting their insight and experience as we work together to help each child learn the way of Jesus and experience His love.
We want every individual with special needs to participate fully in the life of our church in a setting that supports their strengths and meets their needs. Our heart is to create a safe, joyful, and Christ-centered space where families are encouraged and individuals are welcomed just as they are. We offer trained Buddies who come alongside individuals during Sunday gatherings and Kids or Youth programming, as well as a safe and trustworthy environment with thoughtful accommodations, consistent care, and Scripture-based teaching while parents participate in the main gathering. We also seek to support the whole family by helping individuals engage in Community Groups, Youth, marriage support, and family events throughout the year. If you have a child with special needs and would like to receive support, please fill out the form below.

Thrive is a parent encouragement group that meets on the third Sunday of each month at 9 AM.

BECOME A BUDDY

Serving as a buddy for a child with disabilities doesn’t just support one child; it impacts their entire family. When a child has a trusted buddy, parents and siblings can fully engage in worship, build relationships, and feel truly connected to the church community. Your presence helps remove barriers, creates a sense of belonging, and communicates to the whole family that they are seen, valued, and welcome. By serving as a buddy, you become part of a story in which families grow in faith together, and the church becomes a place where everyone belongs.

So what are you waiting for? You will be trained and supported and we know you will be more blessed by serving as a buddy than you can ever imagine.
