At Belle Aire, our mission is to glorify God by loving Jesus, sharing the gospel, and making disciples.  One of the ways we do that is partnering with NAMB to support church plants across North America.  We also partner with specific churches to invest our time, energy, and resources into.  Our current partnership is with Pastor Welton Bonner and Eastside Community Church in Washington DC.  We are committing to send a short term mission team to DC at least once a year and committing financially to partner with Welton and Eastside Community Church. This years trip is taking place July 5th-11th.  Below is information about this trip.

GOALS

●      Have 15 people from Belle Aire on this trip. This can be anyone from high school to senior adults (with exceptions on case-by-case basis)

●      Train under Welton and Capitol Hill Baptist Church leadership to hear and catch his vision for Eastside Community Church

●      Participate in evangelism walks for the area east of the river in Ward 7 that he is seeking to reach

●      Join in Theology Brunch where Welton trains believers and non-believers in core doctrines of our faith

●      Be flexible and sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading while we’re there

PRICE

●      Cost - $350 for lodging, van transportation, breakfast, Museum of the Bible ticket

●      Additional costs - flight, lunch/dinner, personal spending

●      Scholarships - always available for anyone in financial need (especially our students and young adults)

TRANSPORTATION

●      15 passenger van will take us from Murfreesboro to DC…

●      Unless you would like to fly. Then we can arrange for airport pick up

●      Once in DC we will use the van as well as local transportation to get around
